NO FCRA USE. This privately run website is not connected with a local, Texas, or federal government body. It and its advertising partners do not provide a service for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or another Fair Credit Reporting Act purpose. The resource identifies official criminal-record channels in Castro County and Texas. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not hold official records, conduct an official criminal-history check, retrieve a document, or make a filing for a visitor.

Its purpose is to identify the Castro County sheriff and jail, court clerks, Texas DPS Crime Records Service, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, along with outside tools that a reader may choose to use.
